Jess is a digital marketing leader with over ten years of experience developing integrated programs for brands across a diverse range of industries and clients, from scaling startups across paid/owned/earned strategies to working on award-winning campaigns for Fortune 500s.  ​

As the head of the social and influencer marketing program at KWT, Jess Spar oversees a team of digital marketing experts specializing in social content and strategy, paid media, and influencer relations. Jess’ portfolio at KWT includes Lovesac, Liquid I.V., Laurel Road, William Blair Investment Management, Mohari Hospitality, and Illumina, among others. Prior to joining KWT, Jess led social and influencer programs for clients inclusive of PNC Bank, Wegmans, Patek Philippe, dotdash, Newman’s Own, gorjana, and Boots Retail USA.
